WP Bubble Plans

WP Bubble Plans Explained

When we first started WP Bubble, we had just two plans: 1 credit per day and 2 credit per day plans. Distinguishing between them was simple: a unique ID number at the end which would make your bubble unique, but the price was less for a generic bubble than a subdomain without the unique ID.

A week before we launched, we decided to change this and go with a pricing structure that made more sense for a broader type of website owner. We kept our credit system in place, but decided to revamp the two plans to include less and more. For example, we took bloggers into account, who need less storage and less memory, while we took web developers into account who needed more storage and more memory. We took into account the fact that not all websites are equal nor do they have the same demands.

Why should we charge you the same price for two different websites that have very different needs?

Each bubble plan is unique. Most web hosts allow you to choose a plan based on your needs and the allotted resources is based upon that plan and assumes all of your websites are going to be the same and run the same exact way, but many websites serve different purposes. One website might be for blogging, while another might be for e-commerce, and another being used for a chatting service.

With our pricing structure, you are not choosing a plan for your account, but a plan for the actual bubble, where your website will reside. These bubbles, or instances, are designed to give your bubble the memory it needs to function without issue.

Some things to know about all plans:

  • They are set to use 256 MB RAM by default. Each plan allows you to increase memory usage as needed
  • A minimum of 128 MB RAM is required to use WordPress
  • All SSD is upgradeable via individual bubbles for an additional credits
  • Unlimited visitors
  • Unlimited bandwidth
  • Enhanced with Cloudflare technology
  • Automatic server updates
  • Access to all features
  • There are no hard cap limits on exceeding storage space, but you will be unable to create new bubbles until you upgrade your plan
  • If you exceed 2 times the allotted storage space, your bubble will be upgraded to the next level automatically
